SMART LOCKER CLOUD

Every locker,
one cloud.

Luggage storage, parcel pickup, key handover and private lockers, run from one platform: online booking and payment, couriers and partners, a screen at the locker, and doors that keep opening when the internet does not.

USE CASES

One bank of doors, five businesses.

The same locker can store a tourist’s suitcase in the morning and hold a courier’s parcel in the afternoon. Each use has its own rules, prices and flow; the doors, the screen and the cloud are shared.

  • B2C

    Luggage storage

Tourists book a size and a time online, pay, and get a code. Hourly and daily prices, extensions, overdue fees.

  • B2B2C

    Parcel lockers

Couriers and shops deposit with a one-time code; the recipient picks up with a PIN or QR. Returns, cash on delivery, claims.

  • B2B

    Key handover

Short-term rentals and car hire leave keys for a guest who arrives at 3 a.m. No reception, no lockbox under a plant pot.

  • B2B

    Private lockers

Staff, gyms and co-working: a door assigned to a person for months, opened with their own PIN.

  • B2B2C

    Service drop-off

Drop a phone or a bike part for repair at night; the workshop collects, repairs and puts it back for pickup.

HOW IT WORKS

Follow a booking, a parcel, or a blackout.

Each step is a state the platform enforces: a door only opens with a valid code, a deposit only counts when the door actually opened, and money is settled before the door opens, not after.

Step 1

Find a locker

The customer picks a location on the map, a size (S, M, L, XL) and the hours. Only sizes with a published price and a free door are offered.

Click a step, or use the arrow keys.

OFFLINE PICKUP

Pull the cable. The doors still open.

Lockers live in kiosks, lobbies and shops with consumer internet. The cloud sends each locker a signed manifest of who may collect what; when the line drops, the locker decides on its own, then tells the cloud everything when it comes back.

    APPS

Five screens, one source of truth.

Every person around a locker has their own app, in their language, fed by the same states and permissions.

    • web

      Customer site

Find, book, pay, extend and open, on any phone. White-label per brand.

    • kiosk

      Locker screen

The touch screen on the locker: pickup by PIN or QR, courier deposit, and pickup even when the internet is down.

    • PWA

      Courier app

The round, label scanning, deposit and collection, the door drawn as it stands on the wall.

    • PWA

      Technician app

Commissioning, door tests, diagnostics and parts replacement, offline in a basement.

    • admin

      Operations console

Live doors, reservations, parcels, partners, prices, finance, audit, for each role.

    BUILT FOR THE REAL WORLD

    Boring where it matters.

    • Any hardware

One adapter per controller brand: Modbus, UART, vendor boards. Business logic never talks to a lock directly.

    • Signed commands

Every door command is signed and single-use. A replayed or forged command does not open anything.

    • Codes nobody can read

PINs are stored hashed and bound to their booking; the offline manifest carries signatures, never codes.

    • Multi-company

Each operator sees only their own locations, customers and money, enforced on the server for every request.

    • Audited

Who opened which door, who changed a price, who refunded what: every action with a reason and a timestamp.

    • GDPR by default

Personal data masked unless a role needs it, every look at it audited, export and erasure on request.

    FOR COURIERS AND PARTNERS

An API a courier can build on in a week.

Announce shipments, check capacity, issue deposit codes, collect returns and receive signed webhooks for every change. Each partner key sees only that partner’s parcels.

    • Idempotent: the same request twice is one shipment
    • Webhooks signed with HMAC-SHA256, retried for 20 hours
    • Partner-scoped keys and endpoints
    • OpenAPI document and examples

    FAQ

    Questions we get.

Do I have to buy your lockers?

No. The platform drives lockers through a small gateway and one adapter per controller brand. If your hardware has a documented protocol, we connect it; a contract test suite proves the adapter before it touches a real door.

What happens if the internet goes down at the location?

Pickup keeps working: the gateway holds a signed manifest of live codes and verifies them locally. New deposits wait for the line, so a door is never sold twice. Everything is reconciled when the connection returns.

Can several companies share one locker bank?

Each location belongs to one operator, who can host other brands and partners on it. Couriers get keys and webhooks that see only their own parcels.

    Which payments are supported?

Online card payments through the operator’s provider, cash on delivery collected before the door opens, and invoicing for partners. Amounts are kept to the cent, per currency.

    Which languages?

The customer site, the locker screen, emails and SMS speak Greek and English today, chosen per customer. Every text lives in one catalogue per language, so a new language is a translation, not a rebuild.

How long does a new location take?

Once the hardware is mounted, the technician app commissions it: map doors to controller ports, test every door, publish prices. A typical bank is live the same day.

    Put a locker to work.

Tell us where your lockers are, or where you want them. We will show you the platform on a real bank of doors.
